Les Eres – Vi de Vila (Porrera)

100 % Carignan from century-old hillside vines. It shows the characteristic minerality and structure of Priorat, with well-integrated oak, refined tannins, and a pronounced presence of ripe fruit.

    Les Eres: Vines: 8,000. Age: 115 years. Varieties: Carignan and Grenache Noir. Average yield per vine: 0.4 kg.
  • Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 10 ºC for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, with a maximum of 28 ºC in fiber tanks. Total maceration time: 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
  • Aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels: 65% Allier, 30% Tronçais, 5% Bertranges.
  • Production: 2,100 bottles and 200 magnums of 1.5L.
